Use Stripe’s secure customer portal to identify your subscription by email, review the effective cancellation date, and submit the cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the already paid billing period. This works even if this browser’s access cookie has been deleted.

You may also email fabianfarid+skillsstack@live.de from the address used at Checkout. Include “SkillsStack cancellation”, the subscription holder’s name, and the desired cancellation date. We will confirm receipt and the effective date electronically.
