Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us—Fabian Faraz Farid, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 65, 41236 Mönchengladbach, Germany; email fabianfarid+skillsstack@live.de; telephone +491728013849—of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

By accepting the terms during Stripe Checkout, you expressly request that SkillsStack provide access immediately, before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. You may owe a proportionate amount for service supplied before your withdrawal, where permitted by law.
